Art Dubai Special Edition
DXB Store returns at Art Dubai Special Edition, taking place in Madinat Jumeirah, 14 - 17 May 2026, as part of Art Dubai Projects. The upcoming edition welcomes proposals from makers, designers, collectives and creative practitioners based in the UAE. It focuses on the commissioning of small-batch, limited-edition and one-of-a-kind works: functional objects, accessories, apparel, stationery and design objects.
DXB Store sits within the Cultural Commons section of Art Dubai Special Edition, a shared, open environment where large-scale installations, institutional presentations and gathering spaces come together alongside the fair’s other programming.

Submissions should be newly developed or specifically adapted for the DXB Store. All products must be produced in limited runs and distinct from standard retail production.
Product categories include: functional everyday objects, apparel, accessories, lifestyle and design products. We also welcome proposals that fall outside these categories if the work is well-crafted and can be produced within the timeline.
The product must be:
Produced within the UAE
Priced at up to AED 500
Ready for installation by 10 May 2026

Be based in the UAE
Hold all relevant intellectual property rights for submitted work
Be available for coordination with the DXB Store team
